I had the wonderful privilege the make my best friends wedding cake in October. I was extremely nervous and absolutely did not want to let her down. With a few learning curves thrown at me and help from friends and family we did it. This cake had around 600+ round fondant balls ranging in different sizes that we rolled by hand. It turned out beautifully. Thank you to everyone that helped!

November Birthdays

My sister and I no longer live in the same town so I have continued on without her. Here is what I have done this year thus far.

The Beginning

My sister and I where both living in Round Rock and desperatly needed a hobby. Why not cake decorating!! Brilliant! Neither one of us are huge fans of baking but the decorating is the part that grabbed our attention. We ran to Michaels Craft Store grabbed some supplies and a Wilton Celebrate With Fondant "How To Book" and off we went.
